The Instructor shall provide you with driving tuition at the rate per hour communicated to you via our official documentation. Any changes to our pricing structure will be communicated in writing. Any increase in charges and we will allow pupils to cancel scheduled lessons if required.
If your instructor is unavailable for any reason the instructor has the right to arrange for another instructor to provide some or all of your on road training. If your instructor cannot arrange for an alternative instructor to take your driving lessons, or in the event of a mechanical breakdown of the vehicle in which you have been learning to drive, or for any other reason, the instructor reserves the right to rearrange a driving lesson to a time convenient to both you and the instructor.
If you are taking on road lessons or off road courses, your instructor will carry the appropriate motor insurance should you cause an accident as a learner whilst driving the instructors tuition vehicle, whether you are accompanied by an instructor or driving standards agency examiner.
You must pay for each lesson in advance. At least two working days must be given in the event of cancelling a course or lesson. Late cancellations will be charged at the current course or lesson rate as appropriate. It is recommended that the first lesson be of a two-hour duration.
We may from time to time have to cancel or move a lesson in order to take pupils to test. We will endeavour to give you at least two working days notice in this event.
Instructors will advise pupils when to apply for their theory and practical tests taking into account local waiting times and progress of pupils. In the event of the instructor’s decision to withhold the use of the tuition vehicle for the practical test, sufficient notice will be given to the pupil to avoid loss of the DVSA test fee.
Any complaints by pupils should be made in first to the driving instructor. Failing agreement or settlement of a dispute, reference may be made to DSA Register of Approved driving instructors who will consider the matter and advise accordingly. Should the register not be able to settle the dispute he or she may set up a panel, with the representatives from the ADI industry, to consider the matter further or advise that the matter should be referred to the courts or other statutory body to be determined.
Gift Certificates can be purchased online using PayPal or bank transfer once we have received payment.
Buyers of gift certificates do not need to sign up to PayPal accounts, they are able to use credit or debit cards.
All gift voucher are Evouchers we do not send out printed copies.
If you require a refund for a gift voucher or booked course after 60 days from the original purchase date and you have paid by credit or debit card then you will be liable to pay the credit card company transaction fee.
Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for money payment and must be used for driving lessons or driving courses with in the time period printed on the voucher.
Under 17 driving courses take place at Dunsfold Park Aerodrome.
Pupils have to be at least 14 years of age in order to take our off road courses.
We may need to reschedule lessons or courses held at our off road site at Dunsfold Park, sometimes at short notice due to bad weather, events or filming taking place there. Some parts of the track may not always be available due to park events.
We will endeavour to give you at least two days notice in the event of a cancellation.
Specific dates or times for lessons and driving courses may not be available due to our instructor’s current diary commitments.
We may use affiliated driving instructors to complete off road driving lessons or courses held at Dunsfold Park during busy periods. All affiliate instructors are fully qualified and approved by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency. They will all carry the appropriate off road insurance.
Please contact us well in advance at least 90 days if you require specific dates and times for your driving lessons or courses.
Please arrive about 5 minutes before your course is due to start.
Late arrivals should inform the instructor before the course start time.
Please note pupils are allocated time slots and the instructor is unable to run over your allocated time.
Late arrivals will be charged at the current course or lesson rate as appropriate.
At least two working days must be given in the event of cancelling a course or lesson.

Parents or partners can wait at the track side or return at the end of the lesson.
A viewing area is available were parents/partners can watch in their car if they prefer. Your instructor will point this out to you when you arrive.
Please stay in the designated areas at all times as Dunsfold is a live Aerodrome.
DO NOT ENTER the runways at any time.
Security will direct any guest out of the park that are found outside of the viewing areas.
An admin fee of £25.00 will be charged in order to move a booking once it has been confirmed.
This fee covers the time it takes to rearrange the day of lessons or try and fill the space for the instructor.
If your instructor turns up on time at the pre-arranged pick up point and you do not show your instructor will wait 15 minutes if there is no contact made between you, after 15 minutes they will leave and you will have to pay for the lesson.
Your instructor will endeavour to arrive on time however, due to unforeseen circumstance such as breakdown, accidents, traffic hold ups etc, lesson times may need to change or even be cancelled by your instructor, no fee will be charged.
